Croque-madame
Croque-madame is a ham, egg and cheese with a little bit of quail egg per bite. This looks sooo freakin good. I am seriously going to try and make this before the year end. Dethroner comes across some crazy arse recipes, but I like them...I like them a lot. Turducken is still on my list TODO as well.
