Mobile Phone Backup/Sync Solutions

I recently got a new phone on eBay and wanted to transfer my address book and such from the old phone. SPRINT was going to charge me to do this, if I didn't have phone insurance. Well here is a list of a few DIY solutions for mobile phone backups and an overview of what most of the wireless providers will do for you. The thrid-party solutions will also allow you to transfer data from a Verizon phone to a SPRINT phone.
